Episode 1

In this episode, Mr. Hollywood explores a different type of celebrity: the furry, scaly, feathery find. Watch as he gets tails wagging at the Ottawa Pet Expo, meets a pair of animal rescuers known as The Keepers, and goes on the prowl at the Ottawa Feline Café in search of the next big celebrity kitty – his very own “celebri-kitty.”

Episode 2

In this episode, Mr. Hollywood experiences a pop culture-shock as he delves into the unique nature of Japanese entertainment. Watch as he gets the scoop on the latest trends in anime, manga and everything in between at Fan Expo Canada and the Anime Stop. Plus, school is in session as our host gets a lesson in the traditional Japanese art of Ikebana from two local masters of the craft. Will it all be enough to make him an authentic otaku?

Episode 3

In this episode, Mr. Hollywood puts his fists up for an in-depth look at the wide world of professional fighting! Watch as he interviews fight fans and athletes during UFC Fight Week in Ottawa, steps in the ring to chat with a local boxing sensation, and gets a cageside view of an MMA training facility. After all is said and done, Mr. H might very well be in for a world of hurt… or just a long nap.

Episode 4

In this episode, Mr. Hollywood lets his inner child run more wild than usual as he takes a deep dive into the playful business of toys! Watch as he chats with an assortment of toy lovers at the annual Ottawa Comic Con, is treated to an inside look at a die-hard collector’s treasured finds, and even gets his very own action figure… of sorts.

Episode 5

In this episode, Mr. Hollywood gets plugged into what it means to be a star in cyberspace! From talking with YouTube sensations the likes of Tobuscus and ALB, to schmoozing with social media influencer Little Miss Ottawa, Mr. H is ready to go viral! But first, he must master the perfect Instagram picture of tantalizing bubble tea!

Episode 6

In this very special episode, Mr. Hollywood can be seen in his natural habitat: the red carpet! From the Country Music Association of Ontario, Just For Laughs, and Canadian Screen Awards, Mr. H manages to mingle with some of the biggest and brightest stars in the industry (and those not fast enough to escape him). But, will and epiphany atop a swanky rooftop bar spell the end of the show as we know it?

Episode 1: An 80’s / 90’s Throwback Party

Mr. Hollywood is throwing it back to the totally tubular time of the 1980’s and 90’s! Watch as he celebrates the stars of yesteryear at the Ottawa Comic Con, enlists some kids of today to get their thoughts on the late 20th Century and interviews a former child star from You Can’t Do That On Television! Can he escape the infamous green slime?

Episode 2: Let’s Get Animated!

Mr. Hollywood gets more animated than usual celebrating the unreal world of animation. Watch as he visits the Museum of History’s Dreamworks Animation exhibit, tours a leading animation studio in the Nation’s Capital and gets the full blown cartoon treatment from a local animator!

Episode 3: Game On!

Mr. Hollywood gets his game face on as he immerses himself in the virtual world of video games and meets the people who play them! In this episode, he’ll discover a rock concert that only plays video game music, meet the most dedicated gamers at Fan Expo Canada, and get “controller ready” at a popular video game pub!

Episode 1: Laugh It Up

Mr. Hollywood goes to the Just for Laughs festival and Improv Embassy in Ottawa to explore the entire gut-busting comedy spectrum – from world famous stand-up comedians to regular folks sharing their funniest jokes.

Episode 3: For the Love of Cinema

Lights. Camera. Action! In this episode, Mr. Hollywood celebrates all things movies! See our host schmooze at the Ottawa premiere of Bon Cop Bad Cop 2, crash a Film and TV Job Fair and jump back on the red carpet of the Canadian Screen Awards!

Episode 1: The Sound of Fandamonium

What does it take to leave a lasting legacy and be a “fan favourite”? Mr. Hollywood finds out by visiting the Ottawa Pop Expo and the opening night of “Hollywood: The Epics”, a musical tribute to some of the most memorable movie themes of all time.

Episode 2: The Sporty Life

In this episode , Mr. Hollywood steps out of his comfort zone and explores a different kind of celebrities: sports stars. Mr. Hollywood is on a quest to find out where these sporty specimens fall in the celebrity spectrum and what exactly makes sports fans so fanatical about their athletic heroes.

Episode 3: I’m so fancy – living the red carpet lifestyle

This episode is all about living the red carpet life: getting one’s self pampered, styled and put together like a true celebrity. Mr. Hollywood heads out to learn the tips of the trade and embrace the red carpet lifestyle.

Episode 4: Get Your Geek On

Mr. Hollywood finds out what it means to let your inner geek run wild at Ottawa Comiccon, and discovers the city’s nerdy side at a Star Trek exhibit and game developer’s headquarters.

Episode 5: Rock On

With more than a little help from his friends, Mr. Hollywood releases his first hit single, thanks to Eric Eggleston from Johnny Hall Productions. He also chats with Ottawa-based band The PepTides, bands from NXNE, and the Bluesfest crowd to learn more about living like a rock star.

Episode 6: Oh the Horror!

Mr. Hollywood gets freaky at the Toronto Fan Expo and interviews Ottawa-based horror filmmaker Michael Horrigan. Will Saunder’s Farm and the Zombie Walk be scary enough to shake his coif?
