Episode 1

In this first episode, Allison drives north of Quebec City to the township of Stoneham and Tewkesbury. She meets with farmer Louis-Antoine Gagné of the Ferme des Cantons, discovers local brewing secrets with the owners of La Souche brewery, she learns how to make bread at Pascal le Boulanger bakery and ends the day at the Petite école du rang to learn about utility pottery.

Episode 2

In this second episode, Allison sets sail west of Quebec to the Portneuf region. She meets with the artisans behind the organic, raw milk cheese of the Fromagerie des Grondines, visits the local terroir specialty store l’Épicière de Comté in Donnaconna and finishes the day in style in Deschambault with coffee from La petite brûlerie and chocolate from Julie Vachon chocolatier.

Episode 3

For this last episode, Allison eats her way around île d’Orleans : bread at the Boulangerie Blouin, artisan small batch vinegars at La vinaigrerie du Capitaine, blackcurrant liqueurs at Cassis Mona et filles and wine at the Vignoble Sainte-Pétronille.
