Two entrepreneurs with very different management styles trade places. Will Hamza be able to fill Jocelyn’s shoes at Orchestra Agency and command the same amount of control? Will Jocelyn be able to handle Splash Effect’s remote office lifestyle? Or will their unique skillsets help elevate the others' team?

Episode 2

What happens when two founders from completely different industries trade places? Robert works with beer and wine at The Brew Box, and Ryan works at an advertising agency Route Eleven. Ryan ends up doing a lot more physical labour than anticipated. Can Robert use his knowledge of the beer to help Route Eleven pitch to an alcoholic company?

Episode 3

Mitchell is the co-founder of FastBrewing & WineMaking, which sells at home brew kits. Tyler co-founded inkbox, which created the world’s first 2 week tattoo. After trading places, will Tyler be able to break barriers with Fast Brewing’s retail clients? Can Mitchell help get the tattoos into stores without revealing the secret ingredient?

Episode 4

Gavin is the founder and CEO of Lucky Iron Fish, which provides an affordable worldwide solution for iron deficiency. Chia Chia, CEO of Damiva, supplies a natural product for a taboo female health problem. Will Gavin’s expertise be useful for a female targeted product? Can Chia Chia help Lucky Iron Fish determine and engage with their clients?
